Questions about nipple training

I’m writing because you are one of the most experienced Mistresses in the country. I have a question about the best ways to self-administer pain. If you have a moment, I would really value your input.

I’m a pain slut and I administer my own training usually by clamping my nipples with 2 heavy binder clips, one overlapping the other. It provides a good even level of pain for about 3 minutes and then it stops hurting as much. I can do it 2 or 3 times in a row to good effect. However, after a few days on and off it stops hurting. Do you have any recommendations on the best activities and tools to use for people who want to hurt themselves?

I’m not a doctor, but if your body is no longer sending you pain signals, it probably means that the nerves are damaged and/or worn out. The best approach would be to take time off of using clamps altogether, keeping to a schedule of three weeks on, three weeks off for example. Varying the types of clamps that you use may also help.

Another option would be to have the nipples pierced and then apply clamps on them. While piercing can result in nerve damage and loss of sensation in rare cases, most people find the nerves are much more sensitive as a result of the piercing. You’ll need to work up from a larger gauge piercing before doing a lot of clamping on them, however, being sure to let the piercing heal before playing with them.

Sounds like you just need to give them a rest, to be honest. I have known guys that have overused e-stim on their dicks and had a loss of sensation as a result. I know it’s really hard to take a break from something you love but practicing BDSM is just as much about balance as anything else.
