Foundations for Intermediate and Advanced Play
Week of March 23 (early bird price)
$25/all in
Week of April 7
$100/participant limit 6
In this three-hour (four?) workshop, we’ll cover a wide variety of concerns related to intermediate and advanced play. While most of the examples used for reference come from professional dominance, it is my intention that the information in this workshop broadly relates to more ambitious scenes, larger and longer scenes, and play spaces that service multiple users. We’ll look at challenges related to client/sub screening, technical safety issues, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, dungeon management, communication tips and mitigating client/sub expectation dynamics. We’ll also look at issues related to public play, multi-top play, emergency preparedness and other issues participants potentially bring to the group.
There will be a 15-minute break at the two-hour mark for bathroom & snacks.
Statement of Intent: This workshop is not intended to cover all bases, situations, types of play or equipment issues. It is designed primarily for Dommes and other tops and players who seek an overview of potential problems and solutions going forward in their career or personal play, to inspire safer thinking, communication and action. Neither is this workshop designed to mediate a past session mishap or to become a forum for grievance. If you have a specific issue you would like to see addressed, please contact me in advance.
The workshop format will include lecture, visual materials related to female dominance and BDSM, breakout groups for participant discussion, and opportunities for question/answer. You are welcome to use the class outline to take notes, but recording (either audio or visual) is strictly prohibited.
Closed captions will be available upon request.
Please note: Foundations for Intermediate and Advanced Play is a prerequisite for taking any of the 201- or 301-level online or in-person classes listed on this page.

This is a test class
So far it looks like you need to create the class in Scheduling
When done with that you need to go to ‘scheduling page link’ page
Select that class in the dropdown menu
Then click on the ‘direct link’ tab below the menu
Copy that direct link to that class
Then get out of scheduling, click ‘pages, classes and then the class you’ve created for this class (this page you are currently on)
Select the button and in the edit overly paste the copied link into the button
Make sure that link opens a new window, which is not the cleanest experience
There is a ‘workshop’ feature that would make this a bit smooth/less steps, but it is an extra yearly cost to have the commerce tools. (https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/115014778187-Selling-workshops) This commerce tool can also be used if you ever want to start selling physical goods.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
